not work in real-time. Real-time credit card processing is expensive
and in order to offer the very best value for money we have
decided, at this time, not to do it.
Once you have placed your order, your details, including your
credit or payment card details are stored on a fully secured
server, in an account to which only we have access. We are then
sent an email to notify us that an order has been placed. AT
NO TIME during this process are your private details sent via
an unsecured medium - the email we receive simply informs us
that an order has been placed, and does not include any details
of the order, the person placing the order, or the payment method
used.
We will then log into this secure server, where we can view
the details of the order, including your choice of payment method,
and we will then proceed to process that order.
As a result of this process, our website will not tell you
that your credit or payment card has been accepted, although
we will contact you as soon as we have processed it.
The privacy and security of our customers and their information
is of paramount importance to Danville Florists, and our order
process is no less secure than a fully integrated real-time
system. You can order with confidence, knowing that your information
is secure and that your privacy is fully protected.
Furthermore, we will not disclose any of your information to
any other party, other than to request authorization of your
payment. You will not receive any unsolicited email as a result
